there is nothing the dev can do to fix cheating on PC emulation. that task falls on the dev for the emulation.

digimon unlimited was not programmed for PC/mac. so it does not have access to simple counter hacking tools on those mediums.

So I have some great solutions for the pendulum and qr code scanning in bluestacks!

I tested this on a Windows 7 laptop with a built in webcamera.

To get the barcode scanner functionality to work in bluestacks, you must have a webcamera installed; this has only been tested with a built in webcamera on my ASUS laptop, but I'm sure if you tinker with the settings on a USB webcam, you can get that to be recognized too.

As with a phone or tablet, you need to install the qr code scanner application onto bluestacks using the Google Play store.

Once its installed, if your webcamera is detected, the qr application should treat your webcamera as the scanner, and you can hold up the barcode or qr code and scan it like normal.

The pendulum functionality is a bit more effort. Basically since Bluestacks does not have a definite shake simulation yet, we need to simulate rapidly tilting the phone left and right to make the app think you're shaking the phone.

To do this we simply need to create an input configuration file in Bluestacks system folder that maps the keyboard to extreme tilts to the left and to the right.

I took the liberty of formatting a configuration file for this app, so just open up Notepad or notepad like program and paste the following code:

Next, click Save As, choose "All Files (*.*)" as the Save as Type, and paste this name EXATLY:
    bulzipke.Digimon.cfg

and save to:

C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\UserData\InputMapper
Make sure you aren't saving as a .txt file, if you don't select All files as the save as type, your file will be a .txt file and look like 

C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\UserData\InputMapper\bulzipke.Digimon.cfg.txt
and then Bluestacks won't recognize your .cfg file.

Once all that has been done, open up Bluestacks and run Digimon Unlimited, and a window should pop-up explaining the controls we just mapped, which you can choose to not pop-up everytime if you wish.

So using my file, if you press the z key, you will be "tilting" to the left almost 90 degrees, and if you press x, you will be tilting to right almost 90 degrees. To shake, simply press z and then immidiately press x to simulate 1 shake. As long as you alternate between z and x quickly, you can rack up shakes fairly quick.

To make sure the shakes are being recognized, enable sound in the app preferences, and try using pendulum and you should hear a click when you alternate between z and x quickly.

By the way, bluestacks is only cheating if you use hacks to alter bluestacks, and in the current version of the game, bluestacks works as long as you aren't attempting to cheat by hacking bluestacks, otherwise it will detect it and says to stop cheating
