So, the trouble that I've been having with the new version of DU is that, while I love some of the additions made, whenever I leave the app and come back it tries to reconnect to the internet. This is fine when I'm at home, the issue being that I am not often at home. So I was simply wondering if there's any way to keep it from attempting to connect to the internet (and I'm not sure if this happens on all devices, but it's happened on both of mine; an HTC Desire 510 running its stock image and an LG Motion running cyanogenmod 10)
Thanks!

Unfortunately the app has to log onto the server, which requires Internet access, every time you open it, to help prevent hacking (although this doesn't people from trying, and occasionally succeeding). I don't think there's anything you can do about that, sorry

Pretty much what Zero said, it has to make a connection. If it helps, you can force stop the application to keep it from running when you do not have net access. It will slow the progress of evolution down, but you wont get any care mistakes for being unable to feed or clean your partner.
