Finally the day had arrived. Most of the contestants had arrived for the first day of the tournament, unfortunately we were also told to come...as our match was today.

The bracket were soon on display... We were the 5th match of the day...

We were worried about Julia...but I trusted Tagimachi and strabimon... They could do this...

The second and third round were the same as well. Since mech technology was very new...they didn't show much in battle...

The forth match was between two teams from Canada...but...
*this will be an interesting match...these two finalist tied for there preliminary matches...so this will be an all for nothing match...

Both of them appeared to have digimon... Or...that's what I thought at first...

The two seemed to struggle to move..shacking and rattling with each passing step....

Smoke filled the air...and from the smoke only one robot remained..."

We made our way to the starting point.

We were set to begin...there robot was in the shape of a bull..."

As the match started I already had a plan just from seeing their mech a bull charges head on never paying attention. So we froze the ground and stepped aside. The mech did exactly as I planed sliding across the ground into a wall.
"Yo Tsuji I hope these people know this is me being nice. If I thought the mech was empty I would just grab its horns and slam it around till it was ruble."
Yep I wanted this over so I was taking the easy route keep my distance and let them beat themselves. I didn't want to humiliate the I just knew head on was a bad idea we had a friend to save I wasn't going to take unnecessary risks.
So after dodging a few Times I grabbed the bull with my mech and riped out its power source thankfully they were smart and didn't put it near the pilot spaces. As I said I didn't want to take too long it would make Tsuji upset.

*I can't believe it! The combination of that robot and the pilots is uncanny. Its as if it was made for them!!!*

They easily overpowered it moving on to the next round....

The matches came and went and before long...it was kazuko's turn..."

This time we were the 2nd match to start again a team who seeming seemed easy to beat...
"Strabimon what are the stats..."
"The xross fighter is still ready to go...Tagimachi's condition is good as well"

Again the first match was plain and simple...and it was soon time for us to fight once again..."
"On the field with have two robots with unbelievable potential..."

"This robot was complete different from the supastar mech we first saw...it was complete..."

A data stream surrounded supastar and Rachel. And then s stream of stars surrounded them...

Rachel held a divice similar to my original creation...

The sword seemed to stabilize the supastar mech. It functied like a well oiled machine...
"Me and darkstar made a vet that whoever loses gets this hidden technique... No then...xross fighter...let the battle of the stars begin!!!!"

As we started I froze the ground and charged at her. As she swung at me in response I hit her sword arm knocking the sword out of her hand. As it fell to the ground I caught it and swung at her. She jumped back in response.
"Your fast cutey."
Thanks to my response she was confused and sliped on the ice. Before she got up I put the sword through her power source. Sadly I had damaged the mech taking part of her swings blow.
"Dang. Sorry Tsuji!"

What was a digivice doing it this match...?well I had little time to think as there were repairs to be done...
"Alright let's get some damage control on the damaged spots"
We had to go without seeing the rest of the competition, bit were were sure to meet team kazuko in the semifinals.
*alright ladies and gentlemen the semifinals are about to be underway. Will the forum teams head to the respective battle points*

First we have the robotics club that seems to be dominating the 1st half of the competition with there robot...the xross fighter!!!and second is the mech team that is to be considered the underdogs but, hey, we've seen medicals before. With their robot...team Bot'n Roll!!!*
This mech was in the shape of the ball...

This fight would be the hardest so far how to handle a spiked ball it was not easy to think of idea but then I had one right as the fight started. I turn and ran towards the building. As I got against the building the ball rolled at me spikes already out. I jumped over it and it crashed into the wall immobilized temporarily. Luckily the starmon girl let me borrow the sword and I cut off the spikes. I then slashed at it repeatedly until I reached the core and removed it.
" That was kinda annoying."

As with everyone of her matches, the mech was left in pieces...

We were in the finals for the first half but this was something more...we had to save Julia....

My digivice went off as Strabimon was attacked and I reacted on impulse I had no Idea what was happening I scanned his digivolution card. Right after I turned on the digivision and tracker. It was bad news but I had other maters Geo was changing again.
"Tsuji Strabimon please be ok you two. Ok stay calm Geo I don't think this one will be uncontrollable."
I grabbed his arm lightly touching it.
"Seems my thesis was correct you have the ability to change elements. Ok focus on me focus on my body. Your main body is mostly humanish. Don't worry yourself that will make it worse."
I watched his hand as I held it hoping it would revert to normal.

I was amazed how strabimon was handling the xross fighter. He was fully holding off kuzuhamon.

A bright light surrounded strabimon and the xross fighter. It began to compress him encasing his body...

As I was set free from the barrier I rushed at kuzuhamon,releasing chaos as well, Julia you dare let someone control you!?/don't you know who you are!? Your the leader of night crow!!!"
Chaos impacted kuzuhamon with its shield.
"Now wolf!!!"

A wolf head enclosed kuzuhamon.

I jumped in the light only able to see Julia' s shadow.

The arm detached from it charging straight at Tagimachi.

I thought of sending WereGarurumon to help her but I had a new Idea I hoped it would work I had only seen it one. I hacked into the digivice a new card appearing In my hand as I scanned it me and WereGarurumon fused. Our fusion how ever was not like Julia's. I was still mostly me but now I had parts of Black weregarurumon. I was wearing his head like a hood his hands and feet were now my hands and feet I also had his pants and tail. I didn't wait to experience the differences I leaned towards Hanna and ran. It was like I was wind one second she was flying away the next second I had stopped the metal hand and was forcing it back at Geo holding Hanna in my free arm.
"This feels amazing."
I couldn't help myself and looked at Hanna and winked at her.
"Hope you aren't too hurt."

Immediately I ran at Gio palmon digivolving in my hands I then let's her go as I reattached Gios hand and held him in place. Immediately I slammed him into the ground.
" We need electricity or fire and a heavy amount of it to knock the metal evolution off of him."
I tried my hardest to hold him down.

I opened my laptop and immediately hooked a cable into gio's arm.
"Time to gain and drain!!!"
I reversed the electrical current in gio's arm, stabilizing him. Soon he was back to his normal self.
