Jogress can be annoying, but regular digivolution can be downright annoying, can't it? If you don't know what you're doing it can be very much so.
So, here's a few helpful tips and guides to digivolve!
First of all, here are the basics on what you have to do to get certain stages in evolution. Each route follows this pattern (or at least most do):
※ Evolution Success Rate and Requirement
** Fresh (baby 1) -> In-Training (baby 2)
- Baby 2A: 5 or more Training
- Baby 2B: 4 or less Training
** In-Training (baby 2) -> Rookie
- Rookie A: 2 or less Penalty
- Rookie B: 3~5 Penalty
- Rookie C: 6 or more Penalty
** Rookie -> Champion
- Champion A: 25 or more Training, 3 or less Penalty
- Champion B: 25 or more Training, 4 or more Penalty
- Champion C: 24 or less Training, 3 or less Penalty
- Champion D: 24 or less Training, 4 or more Penalty
** Champion -> Ultimate
- At least 30 time Battle(s)
- At most 3 Penalty(s)
- Battle Win Rate of 100%: 60% success rate to evolve
Battle Win Rate of 80%: 50% success rate to evolve
Battle Win Rate of 70%: 40% success rate to evolve
Battle Win Rate of 40%: 20% success rate to evolve
(Notice 40% mean 69% to 40%)
* When DigiEgg is moving before it hatches, 100 or more shake would increase the evolution rate by 10%
* The amount of time a Digimon died and became DigiEgg
- 10 or more: 30% increase on evolution rate
- 5 or more: 20% increase on the evolution rate
- 1 or more: 10% increase on the evolution rate
* If an official “Androgochi” application is installed: 10% increase on the evolution rate
** Ultimate -> Mega
- At most 2 Penalty(s)
- Other Requirements are same of Champion -> Ultimate
** Mega -> Super Ultimate
- At most 1 Penalty
- At least 100 or more Battle(s)
- 100% evolution rate upon reaching these two requirements
That's a lot of info, but it's really not that difficult to understand if you take a good look at it.
Now, if you don't follow the guidelines to normal digivolution, you will notice that it says "Evolution fail." So what does this mean?
This means that you have not followed the criteria for any kind of normal evolution, and even if you did it's still not 100% that you will digivolve. So what do you do?
Well, you have three options.
1. It is possible that the reason you have not evolved is because your digimon has not battled enough. According to this post digimonunlimited.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=generaldigi&action=display&thread=48, that once you reach that amount of battles it will evolve. This may be myth as we have no true video confirmation but if it turns out to be true we'll state as such.
2. You can have the Digimon die. Cruel? Eh, it sounds like it, but you can battle it later! When a digimon has failed at evolving, it is very easy to have it die. When my digimon failed, I had it fight a strong QR digimon without shaking the pendulum. When he lost, he died right after. Not only does this give you the opportunity to try again, but it also gives you an extra 10% chance for future evolutions!
3. You can try to have the digimon jogress. You can look at the post here on jogress to see how all that stuff works: digimonunlimited.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=tutorials&action=display&thread=11
Now, like I said before it's till not 100% likely that you'll get a digivolution. It's based on several factors that I will now post here.
You can increase your odds of digivolution by doing the following:
We'll get into more Digivolutions in future posts in the Tutorials section, but for now that's all I have to say! I'll probably add more soon.

There are other ways to improve your evolution though! We will discuss those now.
When DigiEgg is moving before it hatches, 100 or more shake would increase the evolution rate by 10%
The amount of time a Digimon died and became DigiEgg - 10 or more: 30% increase on evolution rate
- 5 or more: 20% increase on the evolution rate
- 1 or more: 10% increase on the evolution rate
If an official “Androgochi” application is installed (found in the google play store): 10% increase on the evolution rate
