New tamer and found some bug I think

Hello there, i am new and not sure is it legal to post a question here?

I got 2 devices Sony xperia z4 and Kenobi a7000s.

I found my Kenobi device`s Digimon age is not increasing at 0 yrs after hatched from egg.

Tried to restart phone or reinstall the apk still the same.

My Sony device work just fine.
