So since the last update, DU keeps resetting: I loose all my bits while my current Digimon gets ERASED! It doesn't even show up in my list of deceased 'mons! All I have to prove I had it AT ALL is a digidex entry..! I don't know what causes it, either... I'll go to check on my Digimon, and all I'll see is the egg select screen, another 'mon erased. This has happened with THREE Champions and a dang ULTIMATE! That's a lot of progress to lose...
Anyone know what may be causing this, or at least have any tips on how to avoid it?

PokéAk talks about that in one of his videos. It seems to be caused by a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, It happened with me too: got my poor Shiisamon deleted, and all my Bits erased. ... I remember being so mad, I actually stopped playing the game for a whole month. lol. Don't really know how to avoid this. Seems to be a case of really, really bad luck. ![;-|](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/squint.png)

Oh my goodness, restarting the app ACTUALLY WORKED! Just ten minutes ago my Labramon reset, and when I force closed the app, it CAME BACK! Thank you so much for telling me this!

I'm happy you got your Labramon back. It really sucks having to start over again.

Wow, so there actually is a solution?! That's great news! ![8D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/insane.png) Just wished I found out about this sooner... If I had, my Digimon would probably still be with me, or at least in my Digi-Memory... ![>:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/superangry.png) Oh, wait a minute, so the Digimon you lost was also a Labramon? What a coincidence. ![x_x](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/dead.png)

The solution is not 100%. It failed for me the first time.

Is your phone rooted? If so, look into the app Titanium Backup. It saved my Milleniumon about 4 times. I usually make a backup once in the morning and once at night.

I've been doing regular backups, but was behind one time and just said oh well.
